Hello, I’m victim. How are you?
I’d say I’m fine but that wouldn’t be true.
Boy oh Boy If you only knew,
There’s so much that I’ve been though.
My story is full of misery
Since birth I’ve dealt with tragedy
Take a moment to listen and you will see,
How life has been so cruel to me.
My mama didn’t love me. My daddy wasn’t there
The teachers didn’t teach me. My class mates would stare.
I played the part, I did my share.
But they kept pulling me down. Life is just not fair.
Hello, I’m the victim, How are you?
I’d say I’m grand but that wouldn’t be true.
Boy oh boy if you only knew,
Why I sit here complaining, so sad so blue.
Oh Me! Oh My! Oh God Oh Why?
Blessings for me never fall from the sky.
Life’s a joke. Why should I try?
Woe is me, I just want to die.
It’s the color of my black skin, Right?
No, better yet, it’s because I’m white.
If I were her, you’d hold me tight,
If I were him, you’d spend the night.

I’d say fantastic but that’s not true.
Boy or boy if you only knew
How drama stick to me just like glue.
When I dream of a life so free,
My friend, fear keeps calling me.
I project in the future, what will never be.
I scorn at the words self fulfilling prophecy.
I relish in saying “I told you so.”
I knew all along that this would never grow.
This is my profit, my payment you know.
To me it’s better than taking control.

The world is the culprit ‘cause the victim is you.
Well, if you want to cynically dismiss peoples rage, pain and hard times as victim-playing, then to each his or her own. I guess that most people just don't have the understanding that to explain is not to excuse and to understand is not condoning.
